How to Make Salad Pestle

Fruit in this recipe can be changed according to your taste and season. If you like flowers or honje kecombrang can also add the marinade
 

ingredients:
250 grams of star fruit, cut into pieces
150 grams of red rose apple, cut into pieces
150 kedondong salt, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon tamarind water
100 grams of grated pineapple
25 grams of peanut skins, fried

seasoning:
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste, burned
5 pieces of red chili
2 curly red chilies
125 grams of brown sugar comb
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make:

     Grind seasoning until smooth. Add peanuts. Grind until smooth.
     Add tamarind water and grated pineapple. Stir well.
     Enter the star fruit, guava, and kedondong. Stir well and serve.

 For 3 servings
