Tips on Keeping Food For a Not Expire

As for cooking food, sometimes you do not realize that a kitchen store some foods that can be toxic, especially processed foods in the factory.

These foods initially healthy and can be processed into a delicious meal, but the handling and storage of foods that one can make the unhealthy and tend to be toxic.

In order for your food stays safe though, here's some tips from the kitchen Vemale to prevent damage to food.

  1. Beware of Frozen Food
 

Note the expiration date frozen food you buy. If the expiration date is approaching, leave it out, because frozen foods tend to be stored for a long time. Note also when you will take away some frozen foodstuffs, not for too long makes it melt in the open and put it back into the freezer. If frozen foods thaw, allowing the bacteria that live there again. So, be wise when frozen food will thaw, thawed as needed according.

 2. Rate Expiration Labels On Food
Sometimes there are some foods that you should remove from the plastic wrapper or container to put in the container box. Because of this, you often forget the expiry date of the food ingredients. Then attach a small paper container on top of the box and write the date of expiry. So if the expiration date has passed, you can throw away the groceries.


3.  Discard If It Expired

Others have suggested that remain viable foodstuff consumed about 2-3 months after the expiry date. It is actually not recommended, due to the current expiry date the factory, usually they already consider the loss of quality due to packing and how you store it. So our advice, if it is close to the expiry date, you should discard it. You better get rid of it rather than wanting to downsize but risking health.
